• I tried to tell you all that James was a fraud, but you refused to listen to the one they call THE FRANCHISE ROMEO IGROMO. Columnist, fans and dickriders alike believed James was a god send and that he was the embodiment of what a leader and an icon should be. You worshipped him, brought products that he endorsed and gave him a sense of entitlement before he ever did anything to deserve it.
• And how did he pay you back by turning his back on a franchise and city that loved him to bring his talents down to South Beach. This goes beyond his obvious disrespect for authority or his belittling of his royal subjects. That would be his dumb ass fans and supporters if he still has any. It is about how a guy has conned millions into believing he is what says he is when the cameras are off.
• Over the years I have come to know James as a person who wants things done his way until he is confronted with failure then instead of asking for help or taking responsibility he blames mutherfuckers for following him and not putting a better plan in place. Don't you think it is strange that guys who have been paid millions to coach James all seem to run the same offense consisting of pick and rolls, isolation and James dribbling unmercifully until he launches a 3pt fade away. Remember in THE WIRE when Avon Barksdale got out of prison and he wanted his corners back, but Stringer was trying to show him how they could make money in a different way and improve their quality of life. Avon wanted no parts of that, because he only knows one way and that is his way. James wants all the glory and all the credit, but does not want to accept any blame or criticism.
• I know it is only 18 games in but already LeWrong is already making himself at home and inviting his friends over. He said it was Dwade's team, but I never bought that shit from the start. As LeWrong goes so goes the Heat. Things are so bad that he has convinced Dwade to play the role of Star scream in support of Eric Spoelstra. That is exactly how James cons you by not endorsing the guy but not really calling him out either. The sad thing is you would expect more from a guy that  helped mentor you over the last five years and spent countless hours with you working on your game. James has convinced Wade that if he wants to win you better roll with me, because I have your back. • James has set two of the hardest picks I have ever seen on two of his coaches Brown and Spoelstra and they both said that it happened in the heat of battle. Have you ever walked by your boss lowered you shoulder into him and kept on going without saying a word and have him apologize to you? I even heard some of my colleagues on the four letter network say it happens all the time. Yeah in wrestling, hockey or football to the opposition. Not to your head coach. Once again LeWrong is acting like a spoiled a child and America continues to give him a free pass.

• He is a master of playing the media to get his agenda out. You think Chris Broussard really has a inside source. James and Maverick Carter probably handpicked him to be their media stooge and leak inside info to him via THE UNAMED SOURCE. Do you think it is a coincidence that the Heat play the Cavs this week in Cleveland an all this shit with Spoelstra is coming out? That is LeWrong's way of taking the heat off of him and putting it on Spoelstra. Now he has a built in excuse that he was distracted and unprepared just in case he has a bad game or they lose to the Cavs.
• Last but not least how dare Spoelstra demand that LeWrong and his band of merry men take practice seriously and tone down on the clowning around. Doesn't he know that shucking and jiving is what LeWrong does best? By being the first headcoach to call LeWrong out, he has backed him into a corner and now the games will begin. It's only a matter of time before The heat really implode and Riley takes over the reigns, but before then watch LeWrong's every move and see how familiar this plot seems.

1. James purposely bumped his head coach during a timeout in a loss to the Mavericks, because he thinks Spoelstra is in over his head and he doesn't respect him at all. James dick riders are trying to point out that this was a mistake an accident of sorts. Yeah ok I saw the footage. I never saw James apologize or say my bad. He just kept on walking. In all my years of watching sports I never saw Bobby Knight, Buddy Ryan,John Thompson or even Mike Singletary get bumped. You want to know why. Outside of the fact that they would probably whip your ass they were respected win, lose or draw as the head motherfucker in charge. James did the same thing to Brown in Cleveland and he continues this behavior to this day. Maybe Jordan is right instead of making excuses for his lackluster play he should except responsibility get in the gym and work on his supposed god given ability.
2. Scared money don't make money. If Tampa Bay is the NFC's finest than the rest of the conference must be real fucked up.  What was that shit I watched yesterday? I can respect your commitment to the run, but goddamn you were down 14 how much shit can a bitch take? You had an opportunity to show the world what you could do and that was the best you could come up with. THE LOWDOWN THANKSGIVING DAY EDITION

This is a special Thanksgiving Day Edition of the LOWDOWN. The hot topic being discussed right now is who is the better QB Manning or Brady. I have debated it, went back and forth over it, loss sleep over it, and gave up having sex until I came up with the correct answer. You want to know what the answer is? The answer is and then we can finally put it to bed BRADY. That's right I said it. I recently visited ESPN studios and gave Jaws, Gruden and Steve Young the privilege of watching film with myself. I analyzed every throw Tom Brady and Peyton Manning have ever made dating back to Manning's nursery school days and I came away with the following conclusion. Manning needs  to get some ass and get out more, but more importantly I realized that Manning has the tendency to try to do everything himself instead of utilizing his weapons. He tries to make the perfect read and the perfect throw and there is no such thing. He takes chances, because he believes in his ability to make others better instead of trusting in their ability to help make things easier. Where as Brady takes what the defense gives him and trusts his teammates to make plays. Brady is thankful for and enjoys playing with his teammates as much as they are of him. I get the feeling that in practice you can walk up to Brady and say hey I saw the safety leaning left. I am going to give him a double move and then you can put it up and I will go get it and Brady saying sure let's try it. Peyton on the other hand tells you where you need to be and you better be there. Don't get me wrong Peyton is a bad man, but he has only won one Super Bowl to Brady's three. Manning is a better improviser and Brady is better in a system. I would take Manning first in a pick up game, but not in a NFL game. Brady is the man and it is not even close. Next time you ask yourself who is the best ask yourself one question. Who delivers when it counts,no matter who they are playing with. AND YOU WILL COME TO THE SAME CONCLUSION THAT I DID !!!!!!!!

• Can someone tell Stan Van Gundy that he is not off limits and to call Phil Jackson's comments ignorant and inappropriate make him look like jackass. First of all Phil was talking about something that we already know. Pat Riley can't like what he sees and it is only a matter of time, before he comes back to coaching. Second he is putting even more pressure on the Heat to perform and he is setting Pat Riley up to look like the bad guy if and when he takes over the coaching reigns. Even when Phil is just stating his opinion he sends ripples through out the NBA and throws people off of what is important. Van Gundy you don't even fucking coach the Heat. You should be trying to figure out how to motivate Vince, how to get that thief Rashard Lewis (120 million dollar contract) to contribute, and how to beat the Celtics you Ron Jeremy looking motherfucker.
• I guess two rings, a new contract and some ass from Monica is enough to motivate a sum bitch and turn a dunker into one of the best three point shooters in the league. Shannon Browns transformation is remarkable and should put him in the discussion for 6th man of the year.I guarantee you this year that the Lakers or some other team is going to have to open up the vaults and allow Shannon to cash in. • Right now James looks like a man struggling with pressure and Dwade looks like a man trying to carry a team on his back. James brought his talent to South Beach to build his brand and win rings with his boys not be criticized for everything that is wrong with the Heat. The problem with James is he doesn't respect anyone that he deems himself better than. You can see from his interviews which if you close your eyes sounds just like the ones he did in Cleveland, that he doesn't respect his coach Eric Spoelstra. He is basically saying that the team is not motivated, prepared well or having fun on the court. James is a master at throwing his coach under the bus by not really calling him out, but not really endorsing him either. Dwade doesn't know  what to do because he recruited Bosh and James and this is supposed to be his team. All I know is the Heat is losing games to inferior teams and I hope they never figure that shit out.
• Dick riding is never a good thing to do and right now America is all over Vick's nuts. The Eagles including Vick have lots of flaws, but that buffoon ass Eli Manning never let it become public record. Even Romo has never tackled himself and stripped himself of the ball. I know Archie taught you better than that. Prior to that the Giants harassed Vick into overthrows and misreads. Yes Vick is a smarter player, but his weakness remains the same. Don't be fooled Vick 2.0 can still be stopped. Only it will be a lot harder.
• I am proud of the way the Boys fought back under Garrett even though they were out coached and out played. Garrett has a ways to go before he can match wits with Sean Payton. The last minutes told me what I already know to be true. Garrett is not ready to win ON THE BIGGEST STAGE YET AND IT IS NOT EVEN CLOSE. With 4 minutes to go down 27-23 Sean Payton had his team go for big plays and it resulted in a td. Given the same opportunity with two  minutes left and his team down three Garrett played conservative and Payton knew he was. The Saints blitzed three straight times and each time instead of going long for a one on one match up on the outside the Cowboys threw short. The end result a 59 yd field goal wide left. Garrett may learn from this. He might not learn from it. But one thing I know is you play to win the game and Garrett showed me that with an opportunity to go hard he chose the Wade Phillips conservative route instead of the Jimmy Johnson go for it route. Who has rings and who doesn't it.?

It feels good to know that a lot of famous people read the blog and like to borrow my material from time to time to make a point. Case in point this past Sunday during Fox's pregame show Terry Bradshaw said that Jerry Jones the owner needs to fire Jerry Jones the GM and bring in knowledgeable football people to run the day to day operations. The commentators were drooling over Ryan's command of the huddle and his Peyton like presence. His receivers were even blamed for the mistakes he made. Meanwhile I thought they were playing the Sisterhood of the blind, because Flacco got no love even when he led his team from behind. Baltimore fans aren't right too often, but on this night their complaints were right on the money.
